Patch Notes 0.9: The Balance Update


Attack Speed and Cooldown Reduction


Cooldown Reduction:
  • What was previously called “Attack Speed” but affected Cooldown Reduction is now properly called “Cooldown Reduction”.
  • Cooldown Reduction reduces the Cooldown Time of all your Skills (There’s no change in that regard).
  • Cooldown Reduction is now capped at 75%.
Attack Speed:
  • A new Attack Speed stat has been added and can be found on various layers, including Equipment.
  • Attack Speed increases the speed of animation when attacking.
  • Attack Speed is capped at 90%.
  • The Animation Time of most Class Skills have been adjusted to better fit this change.

Fast Skills

  • Some Class Skills now have a Fast Skill Tag.
  • Fast Skill have a pretty short Cooldown of 0,3 seconds that can be reduced even more with Cooldown Reduction.
  • Fast Skill share their Cooldown with other equipped Fast Skill.
    • E.g: Let’s say you have The Mighty Swing and Wood Stick equipped, which are now both Fast Skills. When casting The Mighty Swing, both Fast Skills will start their Cooldown.

Equipment Stats


The Following Percent Values are expressed for a Level 80 Item with no Reinforcement or Pure Stats.
  • Attack Speed can now be found on Equipment with a Max Score of 12%.
  • Cooldown Reduction (previously Attack Speed): 15% → 7%.
  • Critical Strike Damage: 30 → 15%.
  • Ancestral Strike Damage: 50 → 45%.
  • Inner Fire Chance: 40 → 5%.
  • Inner Fire Duration: 40 → 30%.
  • Pierce Chance: 10 → 15%.
  • Fork Chance: 10 → 15%.
  • Rebound Chance: 15 → 20%.
  • Aura Increased Effect: 20 → 10%.
  • Area Increased Size: 15 → 10%.
  • Area Increased Effect: 15 → 10%.
  • Added Thorns has been increased by about 20%.
  • The Level to loot or forge all Affixes has been halved.
The Following Values can no longer be rolled on Equipment:
  • Knockback on Melee.
  • Knockback on Projectile.
  • Additional Projectiles.

Legendary Drops

  • The Chance to drop Epic Equipment has been increased by 35%.
  • The Chance to drop Legendary Equipment has been increased by 35%.
  • The Chance to drop Legendary Equipment on Battlefield Bosses has been increased by 100%.
  • The Minimum Level to loot Equipment of Legendary Rarity has been drastically reduced.
  • The Minimum Level to loot Equipment for specific slots has been reduced.
  • As a result, Magic Find granted by Wrath Levels has been reduced by 25%.
  • Breaches from Battlefield Expeditions now have a chance to drop Legendary Items.
    • The drop chance is multiplied based on the type / difficulty of the Breach. Chaos Breaches having the greatest multiplier.
    • Multiple Codex entries regarding Breaches have been adjusted accordingly.

Storage

  • 5 Additional Storage Stashes have been added.
  • Your Storage Chest and Legendary Chest will now automatically spawn in The Great Forge when completing a run.

NPC Unlocks

  • Whenever you find Friedrich, Rick Manalan or Jemma, you no longer have to pay a Goldus cost to unlock their various features.
  • These features are now available as soon as you unlock the NPC.

Slorm and Refunds

  • Refunding Slorm from Ormos and Oleros now grants 100% of the Slorm invested instead of 90%.
  • You can now Downgrade the Rank of any Class Upgrade, Passive, Ancestral Legacy Skill or Passive directly from the Skills or Ancestral Legacy Menus, and be refunded 100% of its cost.
  • The Skills Menu, Ancestral Legacy Menu, and Controller Input all have been adjusted to reflect these changes.
  • The Codex Entry “Reset Upgrades” has been adjusted accordingly.

Blacksmith Costs

  • Locking a Stat:
    • Now costs from 3 → 1 Slormeline of the relevant Rarity.
    • Now costs a fixed amount of 500 Goldus (instead of 47 787 on a Level 80. Epic Stat).
  • Unlocking a Stat:
    • Now costs from 9 → 1 Slormeline of the relevant Rarity.
    • Now costs a fixed amount of 1 500 Goldus (instead of 143 360 on a Level 80. Epic Stat).
  • Epic Stat : The Goldus cost has been reduced by about 65% (from 9 557 → 3 186 on a Level 80 Epic Stat).
  • Epic Score : The Goldus cost has been reduced by about 65% (from 4 876 → 1 625 on a Level 80 Epic Stat).

Wrath X Plus

  • On Battlefield Expeditions, Wrath can now be increased above Wrath 10.
  • This is called Wrath X Plus difficulty and can be raised up to 100 (Wrath 10+100).
  • Each level will increase the Wrath 10 Multipliers by 20%. However, the rewards will remain the same.

The Slorm Temple

  • The Base Cost to Upgrade Ultimatums has been reduced from 75 → 35 Pure Slorm.
  • The following Upgrades have had their Base Cost reduced:
  • “Elder Slorm Find” from 15 → 10 Pure Slorm.
  • “Elder Slorm Max Capacity” from 100 → 75 Pure Slorm.
  • “Elder Slorm Pure Stat” from 101 → to 35 Pure Slorm.
  • “Elder Slorm Pure Stat Chance” from 144 → 48 Pure Slorm.
  • “Temple Damage Defences” from 75 → 50 Pure Slorm.
  • “Temple Keeper Awakening” from 95 → 70 Pure Slorm.
  • “Transform Price” from 236 → 30 Pure Slorm.

The Great Forge

  • General Changes regarding Goldus:
    • Increasing Wrath in The Great Forge will now grant less “Other Rewards” Multiplier, up to 300 → 150% in Wrath 10.
    • Effects triggering additional Goldus Loot such as “Golden Fleece of Midos” or “Golden Strike"can no longer trigger in The Great Forge.
    • Cursed Rewards granting Goldus will now grant 30% less Goldus.
  • Challenges:
    • Curse granting Max Life now grant Max Life equal to 100 → 25% of your Goldus Find.
  • Forge Rewards:
    • “For the rest of the Expedition, the amount of Goldus inside your War Chest is increased by 5 → 2% everytime you complete a Wave”.

Affinity and Reaper Runes

  • The Cost Multiplier to Upgrade Runes has been reduced so that the total cost to reach Level 15 comes down from 49 513 → 22 277 Spirits.
  • The Cost Multiplier to Upgrade Affinities has been reduced so that the total cost to reach Level 100 comes down from 120 406 → 59 093 Spirits.

Skill and Ancestral Might

  • Investing Slorm in your Class Skills now grants Raw Damage.
  • Skill Might will grant up to 6 000 Raw Damage.
  • The Codex Entry “Upgrades” has been adjusted to explain this mechanic.
  • Skill Might will have diminishing returns but less Slorm will be required to earn the first few points.
  • Investing Slorm in the Ancestral Legacy now grants Elemental Damage.
  • Ancestral Might will grant up to 6 000 Elemental Damage.
  • The Codex Entry “Ancestral Legacy” has been adjusted to explain this mechanic.
  • Ancestral Might will have diminishing returns but less Slorm will be required to earn the first few points (2052 -> 770).

Masteries

  • Mastery is now based on Kills instead of Casts and still benefit from the various sources of Mastery Gain.
  • All Equipped Skills now gain the same amount of Mastery.
  • The value to reach new Mastery Levels has been changed to reflect the new mechanic (eg. You now need to kill about 98 enemies to reach Mastery 2 with Time Warp instead of casting it 25 times). It should be much easier and should no longer require you to cast Skills you don’t want to cast in a given situation.
  • Despite these changes, your Masteries will be adjusted so you don’t lose any progress (eg. If you’ve reached Mastery 10 with a Skill, it will remain at Mastery 10 with the new patch).

  • Mastery Gain gained from Leveling has been reduced from 2% per Level to 1% per Level.
  • Wrath Levels now grant Mastery Gain that are similar to Experience Gain (up to 150%).
  • The Mastery Tooltip has been changed accordingly.
  • The Mastery Codex entry has been changed accordingly.

Masteries and Skills Upgrades
  • Skills now unlock Upgrades at different Mastery Levels depending on the Level you unlock them.
    • Eg. Throwing Sword, being the third unlocked Skill from The Mighty Knight, will already have its Tier 1 Upgrades to choose from.
    • While Elder Lance, being the last unlocked Skill, will already both Tier 1 and 2 available.
    • This is regardless of their Mastery Levels. This means that the later Skills will start off with some options to choose from and should immediately be a viable option to your build.

Conversions

  • Added Stats gained from Conversions from another Stat are now added AFTER applying Percent and Global Multipliers.
  • Stat tooltips now display a breakdown of conversions when applicable.
  • The game now automatically detects and prevents Conversion Loops, and displays the correct info in the various tooltips.

Various Changes

  • Additional Projectiles no longer reduces Projectile Damage.
  • Projectiles can now both Fork and Pierce on the same target.
  • The Base Duration of Inner Fire has been reduced from 12 to 7 seconds.
  • Armor Broken and Elemental Resistance Broken mitigates at 50 → 25% of their capacity.
  • Skills with Charges such as Lightning Rods or Prime Totems now start “recharging” right after the first charge is spent.
    • The Cooldown Time now indicates the time it takes to gain one Charge instead of gaining all Charges.
    • The Cooldown Time of such Skills have been reduced accordingly.
  • Minions
    • Minions now have a Movement Speed relative to ours.
    • Minions now interrupt their attack and try to retarget as soon as their previous target is dead.
  • Effects dealing Damage based on Enemies' Max Life (such as Soul Eating Mantle, Reaper of the Butterfly, Reaper of the Temple Keeper etc...) are reduced by 75% against Elites and by 90% against Bosses.
  • Many Tooltips and Texts have had their wording changed for clarity.
  • When opening the Skills Menu, Skills can now be equipped by clicking directly onto the Skill Bar, and it displays a nice animation.

Slorm Reapers


Drop Chance and Mastery
  • The chance to drop Slorm Reapers has been increased by 66%.
  • There now is a Slorm Reaper Mastery Level in The Slormancer.
    • The Slorm Reaper Mastery can be increased up to 100 and is Character-Bound.
    • Whenever any of your Slorm Reapers gain Experience, your Slorm Reaper Mastery increases.
    • Reaper Damage from your Slorm Reapers are adjusted to be at least equal to to the Reaper Damage your Slorm Reaper would have if it was at the Level of your Slorm Reaper Mastery.
    • (Slorm Reaper Mastery basically adjusts the Level of your Slorm Reaper but only affects Damage).
    • A Codex Entry “Slorm Reaper Mastery” has been added.
Primordial Slorm Reapers
  • Primordial Slorm Reapers are now unlocked whenever you reach Level 100 with a Slorm Reaper.
  • Slorm Reapers and their Primordial Version now share Experience and Level.
    • A Slorm Reaper and its Primordial counterpart are no longer considered to be two different weapons but rather 2 sides of the same weapon, thus having the same Level and Experience.
    • This means that whenever you unlock a Primordial Slorm Reaper, its Level will be equal to its regular counterpart and all its previous evolutions will be immediately unlocked.
  • Slorm Reaper Affinity:
    • No longer grants “+0.5% Reduced Primordial Cap”.
    • Instead grants “-0,2 Reduced Primordial Cap”. Meaning that with 100 Slorm Reaper Affinity, you will reduce the Level required to unlock your Primordial Slorm Reaper by (0,2*100) 20 Levels.
  • The Codex Entry “Primordial Slorm Reapers” has been adjusted accordingly.
Slorm Reaper Experience
Experience Required to Reach Level 100 with a Slorm Reaper has been increased by 100%.
  • This change is a direct result of:
    • The Slorm Reapers and Primordial Slorm Reapers sharing Experience thus no longer requiring you to do the leveling process twice.
    • The Slorm Reapers now having Base Damage equal to your Slorm Reaper Mastery thus meaning that the Level of a Reaper now only affects scaling effects.
    • The Primordial Slorm Reapers being unlocked when reaching Level 100.
  • This change will not affect the current Level of your Slorm Reapers as they will be adjusted (eg. if you are Level 65 with a Slorm Reaper, this change in the Experience Curve will not result in a lower Level).
Slorm Reaper Balance
  • Adam Nostrus’ Reaper
    • Now grants Attack Speed instead of Cooldown Reduction.
  • Reaper of the Trainee
    • Now deals Additional Damage equal to 10 -> 2 time your Experience Gain.
    • Now grants Reaper Damage equal to 1 -> 10 times the Combined Level of all your Characters (Up to 3 000 instead of 300).
    • Primordial Benediction: No longer has the +1% per Non Primordial Level Experience Gain.
  • Reaper of Relentless Transferance
    • Now grants 1 -> 0,5% Reaper Damage Multiplier per Level.
  • Reaper of the Master
    • As a result to Mastery changes, Reaper of the Master no longer grants the following effect : “Whenever you cast your Primary Skill, your Secondary and Support Skill gain a relative amount of Mastery.” since it now redundant with how Mastery works.
    • Reaper of the Masterful Great Grandmaster: Now deals 1 -> 0,5% Increased Damage per Level every 3 casts.
  • Reaper of the Shapeshifter
    • Spectral Shape now deals 150 → 100% Skill Damage every second.
  • Reaper of Mana Harvest
    • The size of Mana Harvest is now increased by 1 -> 0.5% per level.
    • Good Crop now grants you 100 -> 10% of the total amount of Mana Leech as Raw Damage.
  • Reaper of the Untouchable One
    • Now grants 1 -> 0.5% Evasion.
    • Now grants 1 -> 0.5% Evasion Multiplier.
    • Untouchable's Dash now deals 100 -> 200% Evasion as Skill Damage.
  • Reaper of Unkillable Berserker
    • Now has a 0.3 -> 0.25% Chance per level to deal Additional Damage.
    • Additional Damage is now increased by 3 → 2% per level.
    • Primordial Benediction: Now grants 20 → 5% Increased Damage for each enemy within the range of the explosion.
  • Reaper of Auracle-Maker
    • Now grants Aura Increased Effect this way: “Aura Increased Effect is equal to 0.15% (per level) → 0.1% (per level) per Available Aura, increased by 25% for every Active Aura in your Ancestral Skill Slots.”
      • At Max Level and Affinity, with 8 Auras Available and 4 Actives: This results in 17,5 x 8 x 200% = 280
      • Instead of the current 848% (26,5 x 8 x 4).
    • Primordial Benediction: Now grants Aura Increased Size equal to 100 → 50% of Aura Increased Effect.
    • Now deals 300 → 200% Elemental Damage when Toggling On an Aura.
  • Reaper of Unholy Sepulcher
    • Tomb Explosion now deals 100 → 200% Skill Damage.
  • Reaper of Elemental Overload
    • Imbued Skills now deal 15 → 5% Increased Damage for each stack of Elemental Fury.
  • Reaper of Upheaval
    • Reaper Damage has been reduced from 1603-3078 → 1603-2837.
  • Reaper of the Bloodthirsty Beast
    • Killing an enemy now grants 1 → 3 Bloodthirst stacks.
    • Whenever you’re dealt damage, you now gain a Bloodthirst stack instead of losing one.
    • Blood Frenzy now consumes 10 → 5 stacks per second.
  • Drum Reaper of War
    • Reaper Damage has been reduced from 2514-3552 → 2514-2878.
  • Thornbite Reaper
    • Now grants 1 → 4 Thorns Damage per level.
  • Reaper of Necromancy
    • The Mana Cost of Summon Skeleton Squire is increased by 30% for every Skeleton Squire under you control.
    • Their Attack Speed is now based on your Attack Speed instead of Cooldown Reduction.
  • Reaper of the Recurring Nightmare
    • Primordial Benediction now grants Increased Damage equal to twice (instead of x1) the sum of Damage absorbed by your Armor and Elemental Resistance at this Wrath Level.
    • Primordial Malediction now reads: Added Skill Damage and Elemental Damage gained from Equipment stats are halved (instead of reduced to 0).
  • Legion, Reaper of Unity
    • Since the Regular and Primordial form of a Slorm Reaper are considered to be the same, most effects counting for Slorm Reapers called Legion will be 50% less effective.
  • Reaper of Inner Fireworks
    • Primordial Benediction now also grants: "While your Primary and Secondary Skill are on Cooldown, Inner Fires deal 1% (per level) Increased Damage.”
    • Primordial Malediction now reads: "The Cooldown of Fast Skills is increased by 100%.”
  • Gold-Plated Reaper
    • Now has an FX when Gold-Plated Armor is active.
  • Reaper of Vindictive Slam
    • Now grants 0.3 -> 0.5 Life Regeneration and 10 -> 15 Max Life.
    • Now has a 0.3 -> 0.1% Chance to Trigger (based on your Max Life).
    • Now has Increased Size equal to 0,3 -> 0,2% of your Armor.
    • Now deals Increased Damage equal to 0,3 -> 0,2% of your Elemental Resistance.
    • Vindictive Slam now deals 5 -> 3% Elemental Damage per level.
    • Primordial Benediction: Holy Ground now deals 30 -> 40% Elemental Damage every second.
  • Reaper of the Shaman
    • Primordial Malediction is now effective if you are not within 2 -> 5 yards of an active Totem.
  • Reaper of the Lifebender
    • 0,4% -> 1% Max Life per level.
    • Casting a Skill restore Life equal to 0.1 -> 0.2% per level of its Mana cost.
    • The Primordial Benediction now uses the highest value of the Expedition instead of the last value.
  • Reaper of the Manabender
    • Now grants 0,6 -> 1,2 Mana Regeneration per level.
    • Your Primary and Secondary Skills now deals Additional Damage equal to 5 -> 8% per level of their Mana Cost.
    • The Primordial Benediction is now always active.
  • Reaper of the Nimble Warrior
    • "Whenever you're dealt damage" becomes "Whenever you're dealt damage and lose Life this way".
    • Nimble Effects are now deactived for the next 6 -> 3 seconds.
  • Reaper of the Timeshifter
    • 50 -> 100% of the amount of Mana spent is added to the Timeshift counter.
    • While Curving Time or Timeshifting, you now also have: +10% Critical Strike Chance.
    • Primordial Malediction now slows Attack Speed as well as Cooldown Reduction and Movement Speed.
  • The Ancestral Legacy Reaper
    • Primordial Malediction now reads: Your Primary and Secondary Skills can no longer trigger Ancestral Strikes.
  • Reaper of the Temple Keeper
    • Mini-Keeper’s Attack Speed is now based on your Attack Speed instead of Cooldown Reduction.
    • Hexahedral Traps now deal Elemental Damage → Skill Damage equal to 5% of their Max Life to enemies hit.
    • Hexahedral Traps now also deals 15% Elemental Damage to enemies hit.
    • Primordial Benediction now reads: “The Mini-Keeper also deals X% Increased Elemental Damage. Increased Elemental Damage is equal to your Highest Floor reached in The Slorm Temple."
  • Reaper of the Slorm Temple
    • Now grants Additional Damage equal to 0,15% (per level) of current Elder Slorm, instead of 25%.
  • Reaper of Deadly Accuracy
    • Primordial Malediction now reads: Enemies affected by Armor Broken deal 100% Increased Damage.
  • Reaper of Havoc
    • The Shockwave now deals 100 → 150% Skill Damage.
  • Reaper of the Giant Slayer
    • Enfeeble grants Cooldown Reduction (previously called Attack Speed).
  • Reaper of the Mathematician
    • The new Attack Speed Stat is also affected by the Primordial Malediction.
  • Overdriving Reaper
    • Now also grants +1% (per level) Overdrive Damage Multiplier.
    • Primordial Malediction now reads “Melee Skill now deal 50% Decreased Damage.” (instead of no damage at all).
  • Reaper of the Leviathan
    • Reaper Damage has been reduced from 2308-4361 → 1663-2893.
    • Booster Max! now grants Attack Speed instead of Cooldown Reduction.
  • Reaper of the Warlock
    • Life Drain now can apply up to 20 Life Link stacks at once instead of 1.
  • Reaper of Retaliating Foresight
    • Added Retaliation Damage is now equal to 0,5% per level of your Armor (instead of 100%).
  • Goldbane / Aurifurious
    • Primordial Benediction now reads: Every 0,5 second, you trigger a Golden Overdrive effect dealing X% Increased Damage and Y% Additional Damage. Increased Damage is equal to your Goldus Find. Additional Damage is equal to the amount of Goldus found in the past 5 seconds.
    • Primordial Malediction now reads: Your Overdrive Chance is reduced to 0 (instead of reducing Ovedrive Bounce Number to 1).
  • Slasha, The Shivering Reaper of Winter
    • The Primordial Benediction now grants up to 4 -> 2% per level Increased Damage.

The Mighty Knight

  • General
    • The Mighty Knight now gains 6-8 Skill Damage per Level (from 3-4).
    • Block now destroys half of your Block Stacks when triggered instead of removing all your Block stacks.
    • Astral Sword now deals 300% Skill Damage instead of 200% Reaper Damage.
    • Astral Meteor now deals 400 → 300% Skill Damage.
    • Luck now also grants: You have +1% Max Raw Damage for each stack of Luck.
  • Banners of War
    • Now has a Cooldown of 12 → 10 seconds.
    • Banner of War now deals 30% Skill Damage to a random enemy within its range whenever you cast a Skill within its range.
      • Banner of Haste now grants Attack Speed instead of Cooldown Reduction.
      • Banner of Regeneration now grants Life Regeneration equal to 15% of your Missing Life instead of granting Life on Hit.
    • Piercing Weapons now grant 10 → 20% Pierce Chance.
    • Improved Banner of Provocation now also grants 80% of your Elemental Resistance to your Banner of Provocation.
    • Improved Banner of Regeneration now grants Mana Regeneration equal to 100% of your Life Regeneration.
    • Improved Banner of Regeneration and Improved Banner of Haste no longer knocks enemies back when they land.
    • Chivalry now reduces the Cooldown Time of Elder Lance instead of Crest Shield.
  • Ascension
    • Now has a Cooldown of 14 → 8 seconds.
    • Sigil of Chivalry now reduces your Damage by 75 → 50% of enemies that have less than 25% Life.
  • Deflect
    • Now has a Cooldown of 13 → 14 seconds.
    • Stamina now grants 14 → 60 Life Regeneration and 20 → 30% Life Regeneration.
    • Kiss from a Rose now grants 88 → 170 Thorns Damage.
    • Thorns Shield now grants an additional 45 → 100% Retaliation and Thorns Damage to Blocked attacks.
    • Vengeance Best Served Cold now grants 50 → 100% Retaliation.
    • Steady Arm now reads: “After Blocking, you immediately gain 15 Block stacks”.
  • The Mighty Swing
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 0,6 second Cooldown.
    • Dazzling Sword now Dazes by 45 → 60% for the next 4 → 8 Seconds.
    • Skewering Swing now has a 15 → 30% Chance to Skewer and 100% *if Fortunate* or Perfect. If Skewering Swing is Fortunate or Perfect it Skewer 3 times.
    • Practice Makes Perfect now grants Critical Strike Damage instead of Critical Strike Chance and is now equal to twice your Mastery.
    • Voracious Swing now grants +1.5% Life Leech when The Mighty Swing is Fortunate.
    • Over Enthusiast now grants 20 → 35% Overdrive Chance
    • Home Run no longer has to be charged but now reads “If you haven’t cast The Mighty Swing in the last 5 seconds, your next Mighty Swing will be Charged”.
    • Frenzy now grants Attack Speed instead of Cooldown Reduction.
    • Make it Double now grants 15 → 25% Melee Recast Chance and 100% if the cast *is Fortunate* or Perfect.
    • Make it Triple also has the following effect: “Recasts from The Mighty Swing now deal X Critical Strike Damage. Critical Strike Damage is equal to its Melee Recast Chance.”
    • The Mighty Upgrade also has the following effect: “The Mighty Swing deals X Additional Damage. Additional Damage is equal to 100% of your Reaper Damage.”
    • Hero of Might and Magic (New Upgrade): The Mighty Swing deals X Additional Damage. Additional Damage is equal to 60% of your Elemental Damage.
    • Over Enthusiast and Inner Mighty have been moved to Tier 1.
    • Skewering Swing, Mighty Block and Home Run have been moved to Tier 2.
    • Way of the Warrior has been moved to Tier 4.
  • Wood Stick
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 0,8 second Cooldown.
    • Now deals 75 → 80% Skill Damage.
    • Beautiful Throw now also grants +15% Pierce Chance.
    • Armor of the Forest now grants up to 10 → 20% Armor.
    • Root of the Forest also has the following effect: “You deal 15% Increased Damage on Rooted enemies.”
  • Throwing Sword
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 1,2 second Cooldown.
    • Now randomly casts up to 3 Throwing Swords instead of 1.
    • Blood Donation also has the following effect: “Whenever you cast Throwing Sword, If there are more than 15 Blood Stacks on enemies within a 7 yard radius, it casts the maximum amount of Throwing Swords.”
    • Quick Silver now grants Attack Speed to Throwing Sword instead of reducing its Cooldown Time and the Bleed malus has been removed.
  • Cadence
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 0,6 second Cooldown.
    • Cadence is now Magnified after 8 → 5 Hits, and its Melee Range has been increased.
    • Close to Perfection is now a 1-Rank Upgrade reducing from 5 → 3 Hits to Magnify.

  • Grappling Hook
    • Satisfied or Refunded also has the following effect: “If no enemies or walls were hit, the Cooldown of Grappling Hook resets.”
    • Eagle Punch now has a 100% Chance to trigger and deal 15% Increased Damage for each yard between you and your target.
    • Commandeer: Enemies affected by Commander now deal Additional Damage based on your Reaper Damage → Skill Damage.
  • Crest Shield
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 2 seconds Cooldown.
    • Crest Shield now deals 90 → 60% Skill Damage and its behavior has changed to be autonomous and to hit more targets per throw (hard to describe but it’s better).
    • Light Infantry now grants Attack Speed to Crest Shield instead of reducing its Cooldown Time.
    • Wind Tunnel now reads “While Idle for at least 0.5 second, Crest Shield deals 145% Increased Damage.”
    • Independance Day now reads “Whenever Crest Shield hits an enemy, its duration is refreshed.”
  • Whirlwind
    • Reckless now also reduces your Armor by 25%.
    • Picking up Speed can now go up to 300 → 150%.
    • Dancing Blades now deal 100 → 200% Reaper Damage.
    • Static Vortex no longer prevents you to move but sets your Cast Movement Speed to 30% of its value. The Mana Cost has been increased from 21 → 51.
    • Whirling Strike now has a 3 → 2 second Cooldown.
  • The Elder Lance
    • Now has a Cooldown of 4 → 2 seconds.
    • Now deals 100 → 250% Skill Damage and its Mana Cost has been increased from 98 → 137.
    • Honorable Throw now deals 30 → 90% Skill Damage.
    • Round Tip now grants 25 → 50% Rebound Chance.
    • Blessing of the McRippeds now reads “Elder Lance is now a Fast Skill. Training Lance and Elder Lance deal 75% Decreased Damage.”

The Fierce Huntress

  • General
    • The Fierce Huntress now gains 8-16 Skill Damage per Level (from 4-7).
    • Serenity: Casting a Skill while Tormented no longer resets your Serenity back to 6.
      • So as long as you cast different Skills, you will remain Tormented.
      • If not, you will move back toward Delighted normally.
    • Serenity now also grants:
      • 2% Attack Speed for each stack of Serenity.
      • 1% Cooldown Reduction for each missing stack of Serenity.
    • Ravenous Daggers now deal Reaper Damage → Skill Damage.
    • Ravenous Daggers are now merged by nearby Ravenous Daggers (to reduce noise) but deal increased damage (based on the number of merges).
    • Traps: The Knockback applied by Traps has been reduced by 80%.
  • Turret Syndrom
    • From Bones to Ballista now reads: “Whenever you kill an enemy with your Primary or Secondary Skill, you have 5% Chance to create a Light Ballista at his position.
    • Neverending Torment has been moved to Sharpshooter of the Wild.
    • Trap Syndrom (New Upgrade - Tier 8): Instead of laying down a Portable Ballista, you lay down a Trap instead. Turret Syndrom has -50% Cooldown Time.
  • Tumble
    • Hand to Hand now grants 10 → 20% Increased Damage.
    • Self Control now grants 10% Cooldown Reduction → 25% Attack Speed.
    • Agility of the Wind now grants Cooldown Reduction → Attack Speed.
  • Smoke Screen
    • Hazardous Dagger from the Mist creates an explosion and still triggers the Ravenous Swirl.
    • Golden Strike can now only occur once per enemy.
    • Champion’s Resilience now grants 40 → 30% Aura Increased Effect.
    • Dazing Smoke now Stuns enemies for the next 6 → 2 seconds.
  • Arrow Shot
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 0,6 second Cooldown.
    • Now deals 60 → 85% Skill Damage.
    • Tracking Arrow now also has the following effect: “Whenever you deal Critical Strike Damage with Arrow Shot to a Tracked enemy, it has 10% Chance to lay down a Trap.”
    • Arrow of Elusion now reads: “Whenever you cast Arrow Shot while Delighted, you have +25% Evasion Multiplier for the next 4 seconds.”
    • Breathe In now reads “Arrow Shot is no longer a Fast Skill. It has a 1 second Cooldown Time and has a +40% Critical Strike Chance.”
    • Reactive Arrow now reads: “Whenever you hit an enemy with Arrow Shot, it refreshes Poison. If the enemy hit wasn’t affected by Poison, Arrow Shot applies Poison instead.”
  • Rain of Arrows
    • Now has a Cooldown of 2 → 1,8 seconds.
    • Now deals 45 → 80% Skill Damage.
    • Heavy Rain deals 15 → 30% Increased Damage.
    • Vorpal Flood now grants 15 → 60 Life on Kill.
  • Stab
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 0,7 second Cooldown.
    • Poison Knowledge now reads: “Whenever you reach Tormented, you gain Poisonous Assassin for the next 3 seconds. With Poisonous Assassin, Stab applies Poison to enemies hit.”
    • Ancestral Stab Slash now grants 50 → 30% Ancestral Strike Chance.
    • Master of Poison now also has the following effect: “Whenever Stab deals damage to enemies affected by Poison, it deals Additional Damage equal to 10 Poison ticks.”
    • Focused Strength is now called Noxious Strength and reads: “Stab deals 10% Increased Damage for each equipped and active Upgrade and Passive with Poison Effects.
    • Multiply and Conquer: Critical Strike Chance is now equal to Full → Half your Recast Chance.
    • Fountain of Malady now reads: While Delighted, Stab has +1.5% Life Leech on Poisoned enemies.
    • Seasoned Pugilist can now only occur once per cast.
    • Venomous Blade now has a 35% → 100% Chance to apply Elemental Resistance Broken.

    • Double Palm Technique has been moved to Tier 4.
    • Overcharged Super Cyclone now reads: “Latent Storm and Roaming Hurricane deal 30% Increased Damage to enemies hit for each stack of Latent Storm. Latent Storm can stack up to 5 times. Adding a stack does not reset Latent Storm's timer.”
    • Undercharged Hyper Tornado (New Upgrade, Tier 5): “Fist of the Wild and Shearing Winds deal 5% Increased Damage to enemies hit for each stack of Latent Storm. Latent Storm can now stack up to 100 times. Adding a stack resets Latent Storm's timer.”
  • Void Arrow
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 2 seconds Cooldown.
    • Now deals 40 → 75% Skill Damage and 40 → 0% Elemental Damage.
      • Void Arrow now casts Additional Projectiles in line.
      • When Void Arrow is Charged, it casts 3 Void Arrows instead of one.
    • Almighty Void now reads: When Charged, Void Arrow casts 5 Void arrows instead of 3.
    • Netherfire from the Void now reads: “Void Arrow now also deals 150% Elemental Damage.”
    • Wormhole of the Void now also has the following effect: “Void Arrow deals 25% Increased Damage to enemies affected by Wormhole.”
    • Heart of the Void: Abysmal Arrows now deal 50 → 100% Skill Damage.
    • Magnetic Void now reads: Enemies hit by Void Arrows within a 1,5 yard radius of a Trap are immediately pulled toward it.
    • Soothing Void now reads: While Delighted, Void Arrow and Abysmal Arrow have +50% Armor and Elemental Penetration.
    • Overdrive of the Void has been moved to Tier 2.
    • Hypervoid Drifter has been moved to Tier 3.
  • Finesse
    • Now has a Cooldown of 5 → 2,5 seconds.
    • Now deals 120 → 160% Skill Damage.
    • Poisonous Thrust now read: “While Delighted, Finesse applies Poison to enemies hit.”
    • Death Lotus now reads: Whenever you hit a Ravenous Dagger on the ground with Finesse's Climax, it creates a Ravenous Swirl. Whenever you hit a Ravenous Dagger at the Climax, Finesse's Cooldown is reset.
  • Immortal Arrow
    • Immortal Arrow has been entirely reworked.
    • Now deals 100 → 75% Skill Damage.
    • Instructions given to Immortal have to been given at once (same as when using the Once and for All Upgrade).
    • Instructions given to Immortal Arrow are now considered as a point to go through not as a destination.
    • If not all Instructions have been given, Immortal Arrow will automatically repeat previously given Instructions.
      • This means that you can now press once somewhere, and let the Immortal Arrow do its thing instead of having to manually control it.
    • While Immortal Arrow is waiting for Instructions, if you press on any other key, Immortal Arrow will immediately start completing its instructions.
    • While Immortal Arrow is not being Cast, a Wandering Arrow gives you a hand and targets random enemies nearby dealing 50% Skill Damage.
      • This means that the “Wandering Arrow” Upgrade, although slightly modified, is now a default behavior of Immortal Arrow.
      • Wandering Arrow applies Wandering’s Ward to enemies hit, increasing damage dealt by Immortal Arrow by 50%.
    • Upgrades:
      • Wandering Arrow now reads: The Wandering Arrow deals 10% Increased Damage for each Instruction given to your last Immortal Arrow.
      • Triumphant Comeback now reads: Immortal Arrow deals 10% Increased Damage for each completed Instruction.
      • Arrow of Replenishment now reads: Immortal Arrow has +X Mana on Kill. Mana on Kill is equal to Immortal Arrow's Mana Cost.
      • Endless Fire can now trigger on every enemy hit.
      • Bolt of the Immortals now triggers “Whenever Immortal Arrow hits an enemy affected by Wandering’s Ward.”
      • Academic’s Arrow now reads: “You have an additional Wandering Arrow. Wandering Arrows have 3% Increased Crit. Chance for each Instruction given to your last Immortal Arrow.”
      • Fullfiling Moments now reads: “Whenever Immortal Arrow completes an Instruction, if you are Delighted, Immortal Arrow will deal +15% Increased Damage for the rest of its duration, otherwise your Serenity is increased by 1.”
      • Once and for All now reads: “Whenever Immortal Arrow deals damage to an enemy affected by Wandering’s Ward, it consumes Wandering’s Ward and the current Instruction is repeated. This effect can only occur once per Instruction.”
      • Companions (New Upgrade, Tier 5): You have 2 Additional Wandering Arrows.
      • Impatient Arrow now grants a stack everytime you apply Wandering’s Ward instead of granting a stack every second.
      • Impatient Arrow can now stack up to 10 → 50 times.
        • There now is a 5 → 2% Chance per stack to trigger a Shockwave.

The Mischievous Mage

  • General
    • The Mischievous Mage now has a base Skill Damage of 21-25 (from 4-5) and gains 7-15 Skill Damage per Level (from 0-0).
    • The Mischievous Mage now has a base Elemental Damage of 4-5 (from 21-25) and gains 2-3 Elemental Damage per level (from 3-4)
    • Emblems now grant:
      • +5% Attack Speed for each Arcanic Emblem you have.
      • +3% Cooldown Reduction for each Temporal Emblem you have.
      • +5% Skill and Elemental Damage for each Obliteration Emblem you have.
    • Arcane Bond now also deal Elemental Damage equal to 15% of your Max Mana every second (added to the Mana Spent).
  • Wall of Omen
    • Now has a Cooldown of 11 → 3 seconds.
    • You can now only have 1 Wall of Omen.
    • Endless Stock now grants 180 → 360 Max Mana.
    • Invigorate’s Elemental Damage bonus now lasts 4 → 6 seconds.

    • Ordered Fire now also has the following effect: You have +50% Inner Fire Damage.
    • Glassier Canon now grants 50 → 30% Cooldown Reduction and -50 → -30% Max Life Multiplier.
    • Heavier Canon (New Passive - Tier 8): You have +15% Attack Speed. You have +15% Max Life Multiplier.
    • Clone Wars has been moved to Tier 2 and its Mana Cost is now 254 → 74.
  • Arcane Barrier
    • No longer has a Cooldown (from 6 → to 0 seconds).
    • Catching a Projectile with Arcane Barrier now immediately triggers a Remnant of Arcane Missile toward the enemy.
    • Pain Catalyser now reads “Whenever you lose Life, you restore Mana equal to 125% of the Life you lost”.
    • Clone’s Protection now grants an Inner Fire to Arcane Clones FOR EACH Arcanic Emblem you have.
    • Arcane Clone Mk.II now grants 30 → 20% Cooldown Reduction.
    • Battlemage now grants Retaliation equal to Critical Strike Damage → Ancestral Strike Damage.
    • Arcane Ritual now grants 150 → 300% Elemental Damage to Arcane Bond.
  • Arcane Missile
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 0,9 second Cooldown.
    • Now deals 30 → 12% Elemental Damage. Skill Damage remains the same.
    • Arcane Funding now reads: “Arcane Missile has no cost if you have less than 40 → 20% Mana. Arcane Missile deals 40% Increased Damage if your Mana is full when you cast it.”
    • Incomplete Missile now grants +35% Attack Missile to Arcane Missile instead of reducing its Cooldown Time.
    • Emblematic Missile (New Upgrade - Tier 5): Whenever you or an Arcane Clone casts Arcane Missile, you trigger a Remnant of Arcane Missile on a random enemy nearby for each Non-Arcanic Emblem that you have.
    • Remnant Copycat has been moved to Tier 1.

  • Attunement Pulse
    • Is now a Fast Skill and no longer has a 1,1 seconds Cooldown.
    • Now deals 60 → 55% Skill Damage and 20 → 9% Elemental Damage.
    • Resonating Discordance: Arcanic Discordance now grants 36 → 64 Mana on Hit.
    • Primordial Arcanic Pulse now always deals 50% Increased Damage (not only on its way back).
    • Primordial Obliteration Pulse now has 30 → 100% Knockback.
    • Echoing Pulse now charges in 1 → 0.5 seconds, and the Movement Speed while casting has been doubled.
    • Attunement Shade now casts 1 → 3 Remnants of Attunement Pulse.
    • Pulse Storm now reads: “Whenever Attunement Pulse deals damage to an enemy, if he is affected by a Discordance that is of the same School as Attunement Pulse, you cast 3 Remnants of Attunement Pulse around you.”
    • Reshape: The size of Attunement Pulse is reduced by 70 → 40%.
    • Attunement Shade has been moved to Tier 3.
  • Arcane Breach
    • Now has a Cooldown of 3 → 7 seconds to match its duration.
    • Now deals 0 → 45% Skill Damage and 45 → 7.5% Elemental Damage.
    • Uninvited Guest now has 30 → 100% Chance to trigger. The Temporal Clone created has the Clone Wars Upgrade.
    • Reap what you sow now grants 5 → 1% Max Mana for each enemy within the Area of Effect of Arcane Breach.
    • Multi-Breaches now reduces the Cooldown Time by 50 → 35%.
    • Permanent Bond now also has the following effect: Arcane Breach applies Arcane Bond to a randon enemy that is not affected by Arcane Bond within its range every second.
    • Eternal Breach now grants 75 → 50% Increased Area Size.
    • Arcane Gates now reads: “Whenever you touch an Arcane Breach, you teleport to another random Arcane Breach nearby that will then explode.     • Arcane Flux now grants Attack Speed, and up to 1 stack per tick and now lasts 2 → 8 second.
    • Ephemeral Rift now grants 75 → 50% Increased Area Size.

  • Orb of the Arcane master
    • Now deals 75 → 125% Skill Damage and 65 → 21% Elemental Damage.

  • Dexterity 15 and Dexterity 30 have been swapped.

Ultimatums

  • Ultimatum of Adamant Abundance now grants 325 → 500 Mana Regeneration.
  • Ultimatum of Profound Depth now grants 57.5 → 35% Area Damage Reduction.
  • Ultimatum of Prodigious Calamity now grants Cooldown Reduction → Attack Speed.
  • Ultimatum of Impeccable Technique now grants 250% Inner Fire Damage instead of 37,5% Inner Fire Chance.

Reaper Runes

  • Activation Rune of Beigarth now triggers after receiving 775 → 500 % Max Life as Damage.
  • Rune of Retaliating Foresight now also grants 20% Retaliation Mult per Unrelenting stack.
  • Thornbite Rune now grants 15 → 10% of the Sum of your Armor, Elemental Resistance and Evasion and is now capped at 150 → 100% of that Sum.
  • Mana Harvesting Rune: Good Crop is now equal to 100 → 10% of the Mana Leeched with Mana Harvest.
